I was a cooking fool today. Woke up wanting to make a tomato sauce. Banged that out and deboned & removed the skin on some chicken thighs. Got the rice & chicken in the pressure cooker almost ready. When it's done add some peas & carrots. Also got some spaghetti and ground beef on to.
