According to Fox 29, 30 Pennsylvania State Police and Border Patrol Agents surrounded escaped prisoner, Danelo Cavalcante, to snap a picture with him. Police and Border Patrol captured Cavalcante after a 2 week manhunt in Pennsylvania.
