Reposted from @attorneycrump A Seattle PD officer was captured on body cam footage seemingly laughing about an officer-involved collision that claimed the life of a female pedestrian. He can be heard saying, “She was 26 anyway. She had limited value.” This callous disregard for human life is shocking!
