So, this has been going on for a month but I have started to want to transition to a lifestyle where I do not eat meat. For the first time ever I felt a sense of disgust while eating a piece of chicken suddenly. And I still feel it. Even though I have been looking into the vegan lifestyle for a couple of years now, I haven't tried that many vegan foods. It seems my body has started to reject wanting to consume me, not like I have an allergen or anything. I just have a strong desire to stop eating meat.
