Beautiful mind!! But I cant meditate for shit. Although, as my body has improved, so has my concentration. Let try this shit again.

Peace what worked for me was i started at around 2-3 minutes. I'd set my timer for that time and start. When I inhale through my nose mentally im saying "I inhale god" and when I exhale I'm saying "I exhale love". When i find my mind wonder I'll start again. When the time is comfortable I increase it to 5 minutes then 5 minutes extra every time I have the older time down.
