Ekon and Kara (A black love story pt.3)
Black love does matter…

Ekon is smitten
Flirtin with his Kara
As she crawls into his arms….

They rest them by the tree
On a small spot upon the limb…

It feels like this can go on and on
Romancin each other
Sharin kisses….
Holdin hands

They both know
This love can be under an attack
Cos they know they have to fight for it….

Ekon never likes racism,
So he has to fight for his life to be on his side
And Kara, she stood for her man no matter what….

Kara said to Ekon,
I heard that black love is a revolutionary act, babe.

He responded yes it is, sweetheart.
I’m not goin to lose you, Kara
Cos of the system..no because you’re melaninated
Because you got my heart singin love poems in the air….

Kara was like, aww you’re not goin to lose me
I’m not goin anywhere….
I’m stayin here with you…
I’m growin old with you….
No damn system is goin to break us apart…
If they did, we will give them the boot….

The system is the villain
The system never wants a black couple
To be in love, to be married….
They say we ain’t allow the fairy black woman and the fairy black man
To be together in matrimony….
Does that sound familiar?
Does that sound like slavery?
A black man and a black woman ain’t allowed to
Be married til a massa said so….
That’s dumb and traumatic….

The system is tryin their best to program
Crazy ideas to hate each other, but they failed…
The system tried everythin to break them up
Cos they scared of black love….

One thing about Kara and Ekon is that they love
Themselves, and love each other….
They’re pro black…..
They said to each other, our love does matter….

And they both are willin to fight for it….

Have you ever heard of black love is a revolutionary act before? I’m sure people have heard of this phrase. Well I’m going to put social racism injustice in my series and not just about romance. I also can talk about ableism as well. Yes the system is the villain…I won’t say white supremacy in this series unless if I want to. Kara and Ekon is under attack…. Their strong black love is truly threatened the system. The villain will do anything to break them up. Do you remember in my poems that I mentioned that white supremacy is pushing those agendas of interracial relationships and homosexuality on a black populations? I’m going to mention that as well in my series. It’s happening in today society. I’m not sure how I’m going to word it.yet. This is about a black woman and a black man being in love with each other.
They are both fairies. They have to protect their black love. Kara is not alone anymore. She has been by herself for a while. I made up her background story a few years ago and it wasn’t developed. I just drew her in many different things. Now she has a boyfriend who adores her. She will do anything to nurture her man. I want her to have the greatest love story ever. Ekon is a great guy. He will always protect her no matter what. He will always provide for her. Their breakup is non existent. Does this remind you of Mickey and Minnie Mouse
