PROTECT YOUR PEACE, at all cost!
I learned something about this journey to a new way of living that I had not noticed, until today!
You move to a new land, establish a new life with new ways of living where you find and experience those things you desired which that lead to your departure. For me those things included joy; peace (of mind); happiness and more.
Having secured what you paid well for you now notice that some of the things you escaped have found their way back in your life. Once you discover the issue you wonder HOW is it happening; WHERE is it coming from and what has to happen to resolve the issue 🤷🏾♂️
You soon learn (for me) that’s it’s the connections you keep with people and things that carry what you sought to let go of!
Angry, bitter & toxic people living in the land you left, can & will infect/inject you with those issues. To tell them what you see in them that you don’t like will only make matters worse! It’s equal to telling an alcoholic; drug addict or gambler that they have a problem. Most will be offended and not willing to let go of their issues.
Telling someone “you’re robbing me of my peace”, will likely offend them! SOOOO, what do you do?
Protection Of Your Peace will likely require you to choose. Do you keep your connection with that person and be infected with their issues OR do you protect your peace and cut ties?
The Choice IS Yours!
Meanwhile, in South Africa: On the 9th of February 2023, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa declared a state of National disaster. The measure was taken to enable the government to accelerate its response to an ongoing energy crisis, and announced plans to give tax breaks to businesses and households that generate their own solar power. The energy crisis has been ongoing for 15 years now. Eskom, has $26bn (£21bn) of debt, old infrastructure, power stations that do not work properly, and strikes which affected the company greatly. However, the power shortage has escalated in recent months, with South Africans facing electricity cuts for 288 days last year, while this year there have been electricity blackouts for up to 15 hours a day. Declaring a state of disaster means “that the government is given additional powers to resolve a crisis with less bureaucracy, regulation and extra funds.”
However, some fear that this will result in corruption and mismanagement or theft of funds.
The last final straw
This isn't the last final straw?
Do you know why?
Cos you keep sayin it
But don't do nothin...
There are words and words
And bunch of words
Without action....
You be like
I wish somebody would
You think you're tough
When really
You're a punk.....
Somebody is laughin at you
Like a comedy on stage....
Laughin stock on the planet
Cos
You will take ourselves
Seriously....
You act like a gangsta
Though I don't really see
Backbone
No bravery....
You can dislike what i said
Yet it's the truth....
You wearin pimp suits
And fur coats
With a cane....
Sayin I'm goin to fuck you up....
In your femininity....
You're not a man.....
You're a wuss...
You can't fight back....
You back up
Hidden yourself
Like a coward...
That's not defendin
That's givin power away to
Someone....
I guess you didn't know....
You learn to hold your tongue
And turn the other cheek....
Actually
You lost your voice
A long time ago....

Ecclesiastes 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 3:2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3:3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 3:4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 3:5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 3:6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; 3:7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 3:8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. 3:9 What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth? 3:10 I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it. 3:11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end. 3:12 I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life. 3:13 And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God. 3:14 I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. 3:15 That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past. 3:16 And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there. 3:17 I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work. 3:18 I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts. 3:19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. 3:20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again. 3:21 Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth? 3:22 Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works; for that is his portion: for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?
