Motive or words to convince me to

You secretly are humiliatin
Cos I write envelopes of poetry for
Your eyes only…

You roll your eyes
And throw my metaphors in the trash

You’re tired of my passion….

So I stopped writin my veins
To your heartbeat…I stop
Romancin you poetically

You don’t want my book
You don’t wanna read my heart and soul…

So I left the house with a kind memory..

My loved for you used to be handwritten letter
Now it’s all scarred…
My heart bleeds tears
Knowin

I can’t write you anymore….

Seasons passed

You miss my love poems….
You miss how I love you with the kisses of
Stanzas
You miss my raw emotion…
You used to be my inspiration….

But remember
I was gettin on your nerves….
You broke my heart cos
I wrote you too much love poems….
And it did hurt my feelings…

You don’t accept my flirtation
My eroticism…
You thought I was insane for writin
What’s in my head and soul….
You thought I wasn’t good enough
And I couldn’t be your favorite poetess…

You don’t pay attention to what I gotta say
I lay my bones out on paper for you to study
My being, my humanness…instead you forgot

Me..I’m not just plain ol words…not a word choice
To describe you…to describe how much I loved you…

I’m a person
Who goes out of the way
To bring you smiles on your face
To wipe your tears away
To hold your hand
To tell you’re amazin
And I can say that to you in real life
But I can also say that to you on paper…

I was your woman
I was your poetess

And then all of a sudden
You made me leave our home
For good only cos

My love poems are too loud, too noisy
For you…

I gave you love poems from my heart
To guide you through the darkness….
You said I was too deep and you weren’t
Listenin…you weren’t interested in the
Messages in a bottle….

Years went

I came to find out
You miss me
You miss me as your woman
With the soul of words….

In fact, you want my love poems back
Into your life…you wanted me
My voice pullin your heartstrings
You tell me I’m the lady of your dreams
Be my precious writer again…

I said no
I don’t trust you

You would teared my letters again….
Every page of my soul skipped a beat…
There’s no way to love you again

Honestly I hate your guts….

I have a theory despite location or status we all break down to these groups within groups. For example you and four of your friends get together.
*one of you is paying more than the rest
*one of you will be offended more than the rest
*one of you will tune all that shit out and not be affected more than the rest
*one of you will be more sympathetic to Everything than the rest.

I cant front, I'm a little surprised that the elders listened to me. My moms, my pop's, my aunty all purchased grounding sheets. My moms told me of her experience, my aunty told me of her's. I'm thankful I was able to show and prove with my own before and after story.
