It's the little things in life ☀️🖤❤️💚💫❣️🌿✨🍄🪬🌍

Let's go‼️

Sundown towns
Still exist in America
But y’all got the nerve to
Tell black people
To get over it…..
Sundown towns
Are still happenin
And black bodies
Go missin without a sound….

Don’t tell me
Racism is gone, disappear
When y’all got sundown
Towns I bet y’all still eat melanin
Like a sandwich….y’all still hang strange
Fruits, and you wonder
Why

Black families are searchin
For their loved ones for years

Nobody learn about
Sundown towns till you end up
There and you’re black….
You better run
You better drive
Speed up….

Cos

These monsters will do
Anythin to kill you…..

I’m sure there could be
Sundown towns in Virginia
In southern Virginia

Nobody black
Can’t go there….
The eerie aura be tellin
Your guts
You can’t be here…
Especially in this time of
Night….
I don’t wanna go…..

I stay in the car
Ridin home safely
No stop by the cops
Can’t trust them….
Either….

Don’t go to sundown towns
When the stars and the moon comes out
Go home
Stay home
I heard horrors….
And

Don’t say racism has vanished
When we got sundown towns
Standin strong everywhere in
The United States….

And people who look like me
Went there
Go missin
Why?

White people are insane…..
And they got away with it….
