When you thought they were hanging so called black people because they were runaway slaves/descendants of Africans but they were really hanging them because they were Indian and and claiming who they were and their heritage. They couldnt steal the land if you claimed who you claimed your rightful identity.

Do you remember how relaxed you felt during and after walking barefoot in the grass or beach. You know that's you grounding yourself to the earth and the earth on a molecular level helps your body heal itself. Positive ions are replaced with negative ions and healing happens. Swelling, pain, inflammation gone in minutes. That same healing can be achieved using a grounding/earthing mat or sheet. Sleeping grounded will change your life.

Whenever i am making plans, or setting goals or starting a manifesting journey i always have to be attentive to the hard part of the plan. Whats the hard part? Starting from where my feet are with whatever i have in my pockets. Start paying attention to people when they are sharing. Most people have an imaginary starting point that usually doesnt include thier currect position.
