All federally regulated employers in Canada ЁЯЗиЁЯЗж are now required to stock free feminine hygiene products such as tampons and menstrual pads in all male restrooms тАФ including airports and military bases.

The new regulations, which went into effect earlier this month under Canadian Prime Minister Justin TrudeauтАЩs left-wing administration, specify that menstrual products must be in тАЬall toilet rooms, regardless of their marked genders,тАЭ according to CanadaтАЩs Employment and Social Development website.

тАЬThis means that every female-identified, male-identified and all-gender toilet rooms will need to have menstrual products,тАЭ the website says, noting that the availability of these items тАЬbetter protects menstruating employees and makes sure that they feel safe to use the toilet room that best reflects their gender.тАЭ
