Please take care of yourselves. Mental health is extremely important. I've been having a hard few weeks. I've had a plan and a means, but I also have friends who recognize my patterns. they know when to check in. I talk about this openly because even though it's scary, I'm not scared of it. And so many people who deal with these issues don't have enough people close to them to talk about these things openly. it's still taboo. it makes you feel alone. It's real and it affects families. Villages! You're important.
