The Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System has terminated the 63-year-old chancellor of University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from his position after discovering sexually explicit videos he made with his wife, according to the ex-chancellor. UW System Regent President Karen Walsh explained his termination in a statement, saying in part, “Dr. Joe Gow has shown a reckless disregard for the role he was entrusted with at UW-La Crosse...
