My little cousin was dragged from his yard and mauled by multiple pitbulls when he was around 2 years old last February. He's going to need continuous plastic surgery as he grows older to help correct his face. His eyesight was also affected and he needs glasses. Not sure if he'll eventually lose all sight in one of his eyes. (His great-grandpa and my dad were brothers, in case you're curious.)
