Has been passed to our generations
And future generations to come

From slavery, from colonialism….

Our conditions shouldn’t be excuse
For not defendin ourselves, but sadly
It’s a part of our lives,

And this is why we forgive so quickly
And we tell other black people to be quiet about the truth…
And we love white and hate black
And we get down on our knees to pray for Jesus
And we have Africa diaspora wars

We have colonized minds…
And part of the reasons why we can’t fight back

You know why black people are goin to extinct
Even though we’re still havin babies all over the world….
We will still disappear though genocides…

May sound crazy but we’ve been through a lot…

The sad part is that too many black people don’t care
About their well being and their own race cos of the
Lack of knowledge of self, self hate, we’re a sick nation
Unfortunately…I’m sorry black people but we truly are…

If this is off code for me saying we’re mentally ill as a race, I’m sorry. But it’s the truth. We do have that mental traumas that has been passed down to generations all the way from slavery and colonialism. I bet we wonder why we act like this…we normalize our actions and attitudes as our culture. Remember we were Robbed by our own humanity. Our mother tongue was stolen. We were told African spirituality is the devil. Did you know ass whooping came from colonialism? It wasn’t ours in the beginning. There are so many things that black race carries from the wicked westerners…it’s not just the west, its also the Arabs. The Arabs did the same thing. Arab slavery is still happening. Can you imagine how heavy Stockholm syndromes are… mental health is really important to talk about in the black communities.
You wanna know where all the slave mentalities came from.

I'm gonna try this 😅. My video will definitely be about 1:25 mins long and it'll end with me getting shot and killed after about 0.47 seconds. But I'm definitely gonna try this. I mean, that white man just threatened to have a gunfight with police, and they said sorry. I probably won't even get to the part where the police walks up to my window...😭. But like i always say, "The constitution (law) was made by, and for wipipo."

Mental traumatic experiences, like someone abandoning you, childhood trauma, physical abuse, bad business dealings, bad relationships, death, etc., are not meant to kill your will, but they are meant to make you stronger and wiser. We are all guilty of blaming others for uncomfortable situations we sometimes find ourselves in, that’s why we have to stop blaming others for our problems especially those who we believed truly wronged us.

In our higher frequency of thinking we would have never put ourselves in a situation to get took advantage of. Unfortunately we do not always think on a higher frequency which exposes the victim mentality in our character makeup, that’s why we see so many people effected mentally with PTSD who also self medicate with drugs and alcohol.

Africans possess melanated intelligence and the ability to flip traumatic experiences into a source of POWER, turning PTSD into PTG (POST TRAUMATIC GROWTH) the ability to take that negative energy and turn it into positive energy. Whatever doesn’t kill you will become your life lesson for growth. Start thinking on a higher vibrational frequency when going through traumatic experiences and watch you heal quickly while learning and growing stronger from your trauma.
