Always wear proper safety gear on the range!!! It’s a must. Blew my first rifle up today. My face is on fire but all in all I’m good. Pretty much I think the bolt had a catostrphic failure. In defense of the manufacturer I did have some miles on this rifle. But getting it broken down tomorrow to dig in to see what caused this. I also can say that this rifle failed the way it was supposed to everything blew forward and down completely dismantling my magazine. Also another take away this is why it’s important to NOT hold a rifle at the magwell. My hand would have been mush...

In Western Society we take too much pride in being "busy." We associate a busy person as a productive person, and a productive person as a successful person. To the point where if a person is comfortable living a lifestyle to where they have more time to sit around doing nothing we label them as a "bum" or "unproductive." While that can be the case in some cases, we should actually all be striving to live a more simpler life where we can afford to sit around and do nothing a lot more than we do.
Being busy and productive doesn't necessarily equate to efficiency. You can WORK and be PRODUCTIVE 8 hours out the day and actually get little to nothing done. I can concentrate and zero in on a task for 1 hour and be more efficient than you were in 8 hours.
We glorify the wrong type of living in western society. I am striving to have more "free time.' Time where I can sit and do absolutely nothing...Just be present in the moment and enjoy and embrace life.
