i wear my evil eye bracelet daily, it’s a MUST bcuz tbh i really don’t wanna feed into bad energy & i need to remain calm & relaxed bcuz it seems “it’s always something” everyday (especially nowadays). i’m a high-key introvert & me having to “personally” be social is hard for me & than when i am it’s like the ignorance & lack of common sense w|fellow humans is of the norm. idk why ppl find difficulty in flat out respect & consideration, it’s free of charge 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ i, myself, do lack patience & can be quick tempered, but ik a “calm mind” is the strongest power…so i vow to continue to work on myself from within…while keeping my neck & wrists dressed in stones bcuz i need both guidance x reassurance 🙏🏾

The beauty of homeschooling is allowing these children grace, time to refocus and reset when they have moments. Instead of them being called disruptive, bad, being medicated, etc.

Adults have moments to breath, gather themselves, take a break. We should afford our children the same.
