I COSIGN THIS CHALLENGE! I look forward to seeing our Brothers' share their experiences, recipes and before and after selfies. I believe in all of you, this is definitely achievable.
This is for all the black men strugging to quit eating meat. I know theres a lot of yall in here that can use some accountability to take it to the next level. I'm planning on doing a Full Vegan challenge very soon. It will be 1 month long, No Meat, No Dairy, No Eggs. I will be holding you all accountable and answering any and all questions. As well as drop recipes and give food and shopping tips and tricks. This challenge is aimed for those who want to transition and give the vegan life a real, honest shot.
