I donated blood today at 5 Pm, and I ate at around 10 something this morning. Let's say I now know why they want you to eat a couple hours before donating. But, I've felt that hunger pain before so it's nothing new to me.

However, today it seems that I am sad, and for no particular reason. It's just this deep, profound sadness what was interrupted by a gnarly hunger pain, and then I went back to feeling sad.

These emotions are annoying, but necessary.
