The 30 Day Vegan Challenge is more to get you to pay attention to what you consume and how it affects you.
I had to go strictly plant based because my intestines could not break down meat and most processed foods.
I had my "why", you need your "why", why commit to this lifestyle?
It would also help you in this challenge if you make changes gradually, say one day a week all vegan, then 2 days on the second week, and continue.
It is not easy initially, but gets easier over time until you don't even notice.
There are good people on here who are strictly plant based, pick our brains, and you will find your support system.
Challenge yourself to be the best version of yourself.
