My Brothers, we are proud of you for accepting this challenge our brother Derek has invited you to join. We look forward to hearing about your progress and experiences.
Being a "vegan" is just a term. Your goal, black man, is to be and live healthy. Chattel Slavery is the worst form of slavery, but there are also other forms of slavery. Food slavery, slavery of career, relationship, etc.
My wish is that you take this 30 Day Challenge as an opportunity to "shore up your HOUSE," your eating habits, attitude, relationships, whatever is hindering you from becoming the complete embodiment of the God that you are.
Haven gone through the food trials, I can help you with that, but, that is only a "step."
